Signed Liability Release forms are required of all riders, whether MHC Members or guests, prior to participation in the Hunt, in order to protect the Marlborough Hunt Club and landowners against claims. Juniors (under age 18) must submit a form signed by a parent or guardian.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult and ride at the rear of the field except on Junior Hunts or as otherwise invited by the Masters.
